The Willson Residences are an outstanding example of adaptive reuse of the original Gallatin County High School building into sixteen, unique, luxury condominiums. Recognizing the urgency of preserving and enhancing this iconic landmark that had been abandoned for years, Comma-Q led a team of dedicated professionals in the task of selective demolition, structural strengthening, and mitigation of hazardous materials. Each unit within the Willson Residences is designed to highlight the character of several historic details that were discovered during the renovation, while also capturing the essence of contemporary urban loft living in downtown Bozeman. Modern design features include expansive windows, private balconies, alcohol-burning fireplaces, high-end kitchen appliances and cabinetry.  The team has done a masterful job of respecting the historic relevance of this building, while creating an artful blend of classic and contemporary design elements, making it one of the most enviable addresses in Bozeman.
