Pinpointing Educational Challenges

A map on the floor of MCEL documenting the educational challenges of Montana school districts from one corner of the state to the other.

Comma-Q took to the road last week and spent some quality time with the great people in attendance at the Montana Conference of Education Leadership (MCEL) in Billings, Montana. Every October administrators, trustees and other statewide leaders of the Montana public school system gather to learn about new educational strategies and current educational research.

At this year’s conference Ben Lloyd and Tripp Lewton of Comma-Q conducted an informal survey of the facility challenges facing attendees that passed by the Comma-Q booth. A sincere thank you to the many attendee that took the time to stop and visit. Here are the results:

Comma-Q handed out treats a little early this Halloween season. Custom made packs of gum; with a high tech QR code on the inside, and a CQXX band on the outside reminding folks that 2013 marks our 20th year as an architecture firm. In our experience teachers are generally not fans of gum. However, we managed to distribute 1000 sticks of gum in about six hours at MCEL 2013.
