Northside Granary Underway
Montana Avenue Partners, Comma-Q Architecture and Langlas & Associates are proud to be a part of the Northside Granary project. When completed, The Granary will feature an existing agricultural structure (rehabilitated, of course), combined with new construction. Adaptive reuse of the iconic granary structure will allow it to become the centerpiece for the innovative Northside development.
Previous Northside projects include the Warehouse Building, current home to The Daily Coffee Bar and Natural Baby Co., and the Hardware Building, the recently-completed headquarters for Planet Natural.
