Bozeman High Half Done
The Bozeman Daily Chronicle checksin on the “Bozeman High reconstruction half done:”
Architect Ben Lloyd of Comma-Q Architecture said he feels “very proud” of how the reconstruction is turning out.
Some $3 million in enhancements was added to the original work plan. That money paid to reinforce the 1960s-era middle school to meet modern earthquake safety codes and to ensure that the old, renovated classrooms will have the same quality as classrooms in the brand new, 50,000-quare-foot entry on North 11th Avenue.
The old building won’t feel like a hand-me-down, Lloyd said. “It looks fresh and new.”
